Haleon US Services Inc. Rebate Promotion and Donation to Operation Homefront Program
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) US states and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older, who are eligible to shop at the Commissary. Employees of Haleon US and its affiliated companies (including its advertising and promotional agencies) or other parties involved in the development or administration of this program are not eligible.
Receive one (1) $10 Commissary gift card when you purchase $25 of any Haleon US eligible products at any Commissary*. Qualifying purchases must be made between September 9, 2024, 12:01 AM EST through September 22, 2024, 11:59 PM EST and indicated in one (1) original cash register receipt from the Commissary or an electronic receipt for Commissary Click2Go. If a subsequent or additional purchase of $25 worth of qualifying products is made and captured on a separate receipt, then you may submit that receipt for an additional rebate. A receipt may only be used once and must clearly show purchase amount, date, time and location.
For online submissions, a rebate form must be completed at MMSRebate.com by October 7, 2024, 11:59 PM EST and must include an uploaded photo of your receipt at MMSRebate.com.
An alternative method of submission is to mail your original Commissary receipt with the above date and purchase requirements, along with your name, email address, phone number and mailing address on a 3”x5” postcard or piece of paper to: Haleon US Services Inc. Operation Homefront Promotion and Donation, PO BOX 125, Heyworth, IL 61745. Submissions must be mailed in a first class stamped envelope. No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions of cash register receipt will be accepted, nor will any receipts be returned. Mail-in must be postmarked by October 7, 2024.
DONATION: At the conclusion of the promotion period, Haleon US Services Inc. will make a $2,500 donation to Operation Homefront. The donation will be made in November 2024.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
When you successfully redeem this offer as specified, you will receive: one (1) $10 Commissary gift card. The gift card will be sent by mail to qualifying consumers. Cards can be used in Commissary locations only and will not have cash access and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Qualifying purchases must be made September 9, 2024, at 12:01 AM EST through September 22, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST and indicated in one (1) original cash register receipt from the Commissary or an electronic receipt for Commissary Click2Go. Receipts must be submitted to MMSRebate.com no later than October 7, 2024. If mailed to Haleon US Services Inc. Void where prohibited by law. No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions of cash register receipt will be accepted, nor will any receipts be returned.
Return of any gift card as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of the offer. No substitutions or transfers allowed. Offer form requests not in compliance with all terms of this offer will not be acknowledged. Allow 8-10 weeks for delivery of the gift card. This offer may not be combined with any other offer, including coupons. No group or organization requests will be honored. Use of multiple addresses or P.O. boxes to obtain additional gift cards is fraud and may result in prosecution. Incomplete or illegible requests and invalid addresses as determined by the Postal Service will not be honored.
