Reserve 16 cookies for later use. Crush remaining cookies into fine crumbs;
place in medium bowl. Add butter; mix well.
Press crumb mixture onto bottom of foil-lined 8-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Spread ice cream over crust; top with reserved cookies.
Freeze 2 hours before cutting dessert into bite-size pieces to serve.
